As many healthcare industries have experienced, the need for both virtual and in-person appointments has increased since the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Recent Zoom research found that in the U.S., 72% of survey respondents want to attend healthcare appointments both virtually and in-person post-pandemic, demonstrating the clear need for telehealth as an option for this hybrid approach to healthcare."

HealthIT News sat down with Zoom's head of healthcare, Heidi West, and discussed the future of telemedicine. She mentions that physicians and providers should start leaning on a more proficient online presence to continue to support the safety and convenience of the patients.

Although the world is slowly opening back up again, the need and opportunities for telehealth are increasing. During the pandemic, telehealth increased tremendously due to patients wanting to feel comfortable and safe so there needed to be an online presence implemented.

Clevare Healthcare was founded primarily to increase providers' online presence by creating a virtual application that is easy to work with and creates a lasting patient relationship. We created a in-app flow that allows for patients to feel secure knowing that their information is secure and that the "patient-provider" relationship hasn't disappeared.

With today's age, the use of technology continues to skyrocket especially with new mobile applications coming out that are easy to use. Mobile healthcare apps that allow patients to schedule an appointment or check out previous lab results from their own home create a demand for more organizations to implement this application for their partnered healthcare provider.

Not only is a mobile application beneficial to the patient, but also to the radiologists and those working within the organization. By having a crisp mobile app that has easy workflow benefits for both parties.

Clevare Healthcare goes above and beyond what is provided for both patients and providers by creating an easy navigation system that anyone from non-tech savvy to a "pro" will be able to navigate. We offer to schedule advances that make it easy to schedule appointments and look at past lab results if needed.
